No one is unaffected by the tragedy of super storm Sandy‘s havoc on the East Coast. We are all connected.

Chefs and restaurateurs are doing their part by staying open through the storm or reopening soon after to offer food and cheer in neighborhoods all over New York and New Jersey.

Now they are reaching out across the US and the world to do more. Super Chef was impressed by this fundraiser to benefit the American Red Cross, organized by Alex LaPratt under the banner of America’s Sommeliers and Chefs and spread by the likes of Daniel Johnnes.
