Keith Floyd: RIP

How good can television chefs be?

Look no further then the late Keith Floyd, who died recently after finishing off a meal of oysters, shrimp and partridge and a glass of fine red wine.

He owned restaurants in France, Spain, and Britain and currently in Thailand. He published approximately 25 books (according to his own website) and appeared in 20 television series including programs in the 1980s like Floyd on Fish, Floyd in France, and Floyd on Food. They were unscripted, funny and irreverent, and taught many in the UK and around the world to enjoy cooking.
