Super Chef recently tried some very fine fixing from Chicago based Salted Caramel that make for sophisticated S’Mores that are both sweet and savory.

Their bourbon-spiked salted honey caramels are finished with flaked sea salt – they are smooth and creamy with a wonderful salty finish. Their Stout Marshmallows are for beer lovers – fluffy and sweet, but with a strong stout flavor.
