Are you missing Rick Moonen, who left New York City for Las Vegas to open his rm seafood at the Mandalay Bay in 2005?
Turns out if you go to watch the Nationals play you can get a taste of Rick’s imaginative seafood fare. He unveiled his Moon N’ Doggie gourmet shrimp dogs at Washington DC’s Nationals Park last week. The shrimp dogs, served with Asian slaw and Toga chips -– that is potato chips mixed with spicy togarashi (Rick calls them “spicy little devils”) were on offer at the Stars and Stripes Club and at the Red Porch. Super Chef hopes to see them at more ballparks and other venues soon.
