The Chew, a new “lifestyle” talk show that starts Monday, September 26 on ABC, has two new additions to the roster of hosts for extra depth.

Danny Boome, previously on Rescue Chef (see previous article) and Evette Rios, a Latina craft and design expert.

Boone and Rios will serve as roving reporters:

From covering events and dishing on new and exciting food trends to sharing new ways of using ordinary household items, they’ll have it covered.

With four chefs on board, The Chew should stay focused on food issues. That could be good news for Food television.
