Delaware North Companies (DNC) is partnering with Allen Susser on an airport concept at Ft. Lauderdale’s Hollywood International Airport to develop “Chef Allen 2 Go” branded menu items for the airport. The press release says:

Susser, best known as Chef Allen, is a New World Cuisine pioneer and will infuse the cooking influences of Florida, the Caribbean and Latin America into the sandwiches, salads, seafood dishes and desserts he creates for travelers at Ft. Lauderdale airport. Susser will use local, South Florida ingredients, based on their seasonal availability, to ensure his food is always fresh.

Unlike Morimoto’s concept, which will be national and potentially, international, Susser’s concept is for now, limited to the local market in Florida.
