It’s challenging to find great people…it really is.
BUT, we always reach out to our peers. We ask our team if they know anyone great. We reach out to the culinary schools.
We use Craigslist, sometimes LinkedIn, and we will use headhunters too.
So, it’s a process for sure, and then we check references and really try to push ourselves to take the time to interview, re-interview, and be thorough!
